Lake Tahoe biking offers some of the best views of North Lake Tahoe. Best seen on two wheels, choose from miles upon miles of road biking paths to nationally-rated mountain biking trails offering panoramic views of the Lake.
The Northstar California Bike Park leads the gravity-born downhill, cross-country, and freeride industry with the largest lift-served bike park on the West Coast. The park has nearly 60 percent beginner and intermediate trails and is ideal for learning and growing. In contrast, more advanced trails, like the iconic Livewire, offer experienced riders a range of technical challenges and a smooth flow.
Or experience the renowned 14-mile Flume Trail’s breathtaking lake views. Although those afraid of heights are forewarned, the ride takes place at 7,000’ to 8,000’ in elevation, with over 1,000’ of climbing in the first four miles truly exhilarating.
